They do business with several retailers worldwide, but if your local retailer is out of stock on an item or if you need a custom filter done then ordering directly via them remains the only option. With international shipping ~$10-15 via SAPO, it was not a major expense at all until the current labor strike by the SAPO personnel. What started as a small unrest in June [1] turned into a full fledged strike in August [2] with things barely improving even now [3]. In fact, customers who had placed an order in July are yet to receive their package(s). Upon contacting DEMCiflex about this, we were told that the alternative option would be FedEX but at a much steeper shipping price.
